For many years, we have produced a large number of wet scrubbers for purifying high-temperature dust.

Wet dust collectors are commonly used equipment for handling high-temperature dust.

Wet dust collectors can withstand temperatures of 250-400℃. They form droplets by colliding high-speed airflow with liquid, capturing fine dust while rapidly cooling it.

As the dust-laden airflow enters the converging section, the narrowing channel causes a sharp increase in airflow velocity (up to 50-100 m/s), giving the dust particles inertia.

The throat is the narrowest point, where the high-speed airflow breaks the liquid (usually water) sprayed from the nozzle into tiny droplets (a few micrometers in diameter), forming a gas-liquid mixed mist zone.

The high-speed dust particles collide with and are intercepted by the droplets due to inertia, becoming encapsulated by the liquid and forming dust-laden droplets.

After the airflow enters the diffusion section, its velocity slows down, and the pressure rises. Dust-laden droplets settle under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, eventually being discharged through the bottom slurry outlet. The purified gas exits from the top.
