- Working Principle

After the dust-laden airflow enters the pumpless wet dust collector, it passes through a stationary impeller blade partially immersed in water or impacts the water surface to produce a water curtain.

The impact of the airflow causes the water to form fine water droplets and water film, providing good conditions for the contact between dust and water.

When the dust-laden airflow passes through the water curtain, the dust particles collide, intercept, and diffuse with the water droplets, and are thus captured by the water droplets.

At the same time, the rapid change in the direction of the airflow generates centrifugal force, which makes it easier for the dust to penetrate the water curtain and be captured by the water under the action of centrifugal force.
