Wet table dust collector

Wet table dust collector is a common wet dust removal equipment, usually used in small industrial production or laboratory environment.

After the dust-laden gas enters the wet filter, it collides with water droplets or wet walls and is intercepted.

After the water droplets come into contact with the dust particles, the dust particles will condense into larger particles. Under the action of gravity, these larger particles will settle into the dust collecting trough at the bottom of the wet grinding table.

1. Wet dust table consists of a nozzle, a pipe and a water pump. The water pump draws water from the water tank and sprays it evenly inside the dust collector through the nozzle to form a fine water mist for dust capture.

2. The dust collecting trough is located at the bottom of the grinding dust control and is used to collect the mud formed by the settled dust and water. The dust collecting trough usually has a certain slope to facilitate the discharge and cleaning of the mud.

3. The filter layer is generally installed at the air outlet of the grinding table dust collector to further filter the tiny dust and water mist in the gas, improve the purification effect, and prevent the discharge of dust and water droplets that are not completely captured.

4. The fan provides power to enable the dust-containing gas to enter the wet dust collector and form a stable airflow in the dust collector to ensure the smooth progress of the dust removal process.

5. The control system is used to control the operation of water pumps, fans and other equipment, including starting, stopping, adjusting flow and wind speed, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the vacuum grinding table.
