Modular Welding Table

Botou Xintian Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures modular welding tables.

They are machined by CNC machining centers. Based on the hole type, they are divided into two series: Φ28 and Φ16.

Based on the structure, they are divided into two-dimensional flexible modular welding table combinations and three-dimensional flexible modular welding table combinations.

Based on the material, the tables are divided into steel tables, cast iron tables, and stainless steel tables.

Corresponding grid lines are engraved on the tables.

Millimeter markings can be drawn on the edge of the tables upon customer request.

Superior Stability:The thickened steel plate tabletop with a nitriding coating to prevent welding slag can bear a load of 500–1000 kg, ensuring no shaking or shifting during welding operations and effectively improving weld precision.

Multi-functional Adaptability:The tabletop has pre-drilled positioning holes and fixture mounting positions for quick fixing of various tooling fixtures, compatible with various processes such as manual arc welding, argon arc welding, and gas shielded welding.

II. Usage Precautions: Placement Environment: Must be placed in a dry, well-ventilated workshop area, away from standing water and corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis; the ground must be level, adjusting the support feet to ensure the table is fully in contact with the ground, avoiding structural damage caused by one side being suspended.

Operating Safety Standards: During welding operations, flammable and explosive materials are prohibited from being placed on the desktop; high-temperature welding slag must be cleaned promptly to prevent prolonged accumulation and burning of the desktop coating.
