Core principle and work flow

Pretreatment: After sorting, the garbage enters the closed storage pit and is sent into the furnace through a grab bucket.

Combustion process: The grate pushes the garbage incinerators to burn layer by layer and releases heat energy. Modern grate furnaces use computer control systems to adjust the amount of combustion air in real time to ensure that organic matter is fully decomposed.

Flue gas purification: The combined process of "SNCR denitrification + semi-dry deacidification + activated carbon adsorption + bag dust removal" is used to remove dioxins, heavy metals and acidic gases (such as HCl, SO₂).
